Booking Agreement and Cancellation Liability
We promise never to over book our accommodation; once your deposit has been paid we guarantee the home for you.
★ Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
★ All deposits are non-refundable.
★ For cancellations within 28 days of arrival, if we are unable to re-let the home, a 75% charge of your total booking will apply.
Refunds cannot be made for home that are not occupied for the full period that has been booked.
We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance from a reputable service provider as we do not provide cancellation insurance.
If, due to circumstances beyond your control or due to adverse weather, you are forced to cancel your stay, we will hold your deposit safely in full and make every effort to find you alternative accommodation at a future date, but we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you as a result.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are forced to cut short your stay, we will reimburse you in full for nights not taken and make every effort to find you alternative accommodation. We cannot be held responsible for any further costs incurred by you as a result.
Discounted rates and special offers are subject to availability. Your home rate will be confirmed at the time of booking; we regret that we cannot change the rate or terms of your stay once a booking has been confirmed.
A deposit of 25% of the value of your holiday is required to confirm every booking. The deposit will be credited against your final account. Settlement of your account will be required on or before arrival. Accounts can be settled in cash or by BACS.
We do not accept cheques on arrival without prior agreement.
You must ensure that the maximum number of persons occupying the accommodation, does not exceed the maximum occupancy limits set out on our website. We set a maximum occupancy limit in line with the facilities and equipment available at the relevant accommodation and we have to adhere to the guest numbers permitted, on our Sark Accommodation Permit and Insurance Policies.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy limits can overload facilities and as such, we reserve the right to request you to leave the premises (without any compensation) if you exceed the maximum occupancy limits.
Sadly NO dogs allowed.

Smoking is not permitted, inside any home.
Smoke detectors must not be covered, tampered with or disarmed
Any damage caused by any individual will be charged in full.
